Boys and Girls Grades K-8th
Date: 8/7-8/10
Time: 9:00 am-11:00 am
Cost: $135 registration
Location: Hudson School Field
Grades K-2nd
Instructional Focus: Emphasis is placed on introducing the game to these young players in a FUN and enjoyable way. By playing different types of games and activities that demonstrate basic skills of soccer, the participants learn these skills “intuitively”. While it’s the enjoyment they are experiencing, the games are teaching them much more, creating optimal fun and learning.
Grades 3rd & 4th
Instructional Focus: While continued development of individual skills and techniques for the game are still a major emphasis, the importance of “cooperative play” is highlighted. Training activities that teach small group tactics that foster appropriate decision-making qualities are incorporated. Players learn to appreciate the importance of “team play”.
Grades 5th-8th
Instructional Focus: Players at these ages need to learn the importance of “game awareness”. Knowing how individual ability and/or team play, fit into the game is essential. Learning to make good decisions on when and where to move, with or without the ball, will help develop a young player’s mind for the game in order to meet the demands of high-level play.

Want to learn how to run PROPERLY? Driving your knees, relaxing your upper body, using your arms? Want to become more explosive? Whether it be in your first step for a sprint or in the air for a jump. Come join us this summer in the first of its kind!
Elite FT Owner Justin McMillian, and Sports Performance Director, Ty Prazma, will teach the campers proper running form and explosive technique while motivating them to train outside their comfort zone. With the disciplined style of training and bonus exercises to take home nightly, the goal is for the athletes to earn results in both the short and long term.
